We will make two attempts per field chase for vehicle, home or personal loans to contact your customers. First attempt charge is $50, a second attempt within 14 days of original issue date is an additional $20. Condition reports or field inspections with photos of your collateral are also available for a onetime flat rate of $60.00. We are not a skip tracing business, but we will make every attempt to verify the addresses and information provided by your company.
When contact is made, we will attempt to put your customer on the phone with one of your representatives to make arrangements. We always include an area search for your collateral (if applicable) prior to making contact.
Once a field chase has been attempted or contact has been made, regardless of the outcome, your company will be billed as we do not work on contingency.
Our service includes any time access to this web site. You can check on the progress of any account just by logging in and checking your contact requests. A detailed report will be updated online following each attempt, regardless of outcome. We pride ourselves on running majority of our filed chases within 24 hours of being issued.
Phone or email follow up from Field Courier Services to your business after the first attempt to discuss the account status is customary. We consider our personal touch a vital part of our customer service.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that a field chase request needs to be cancelled for any reason, please call our office immediately. We issue your requests as soon as they are received online as part of our quality service to expedite you request. Any field chases already attempted prior to cancellation will be billed accordingly.
